Cindi has worked as a Vocal Coach for both children and adults under “The Duke Of Edinburgh Awards Scheme' and has also worked with children at 'St Peters Eaton Square Secondary School in London.
She studied music at Lewisham College, with experience and certificates in Singing,
Basic Music Theory, Song-writing, Recording Studio Sessions, and Live Music Performance, and studied Music Teaching under ABRSM (the examining board for the Royal School of music) however, most of Cindi's music skills have been achieved during her career working as a Singer/Songwriter in countries such as Spain, Italy, New York, the UK and Germany, as a solo Artist, and in collaboration with several other musicians.
Cindi begun her music career, working with heart throb 80's boy band "Curiosity Killed The Cat' as a backing singer, and sang backing vocals on the very demo tape that landed them their first ever recording deal. Some time after this, Cindi spent several years in Finland to begin work as a DJ, whilst also working with several music producers to provide vocal samples used for mainstream Dance and Garage tracks.
The highlight of Cindi's career was In 2002 when she attended an audition with 5000 singers, and was one of the selected 20 singers formed as a Gospel Choir to support Michael Jackson's public appearance show in Exeter Football Club', also sang at the 'Royal Albert Hall' and at the The Queens Jubilee, an event part of which was held on the grounds of Buckingham Palace.
Cindi has been a short term stand in for the legendary band ‘Boney M' and sang at some of most prestigious music venues in and around London, eg. The 10 Rooms, Ronnie Scotts, 606 Club, Pizza Express, Pizza On The Park, countless night clubs, and more....In 2005 Cindi was a DJ and Radio Presenter for her own radio show which she named 'The Gospel Show', this was a Gospel music and guest talk show for SW1 Radio aired out via the Internet and on FM Radio.
Cindi is currently working as a freelance Singing Teacher, and is in pre-production of a youth Music TV Show written by her, and for filming director, has teamed up with Mr Chris Cowey, renowned TV Producer for ‘Top Of The Pops, The White Room’, ‘Glastonbury Festival’ and ‘The Brit Awards’ .
David has been involved in music for many years. His past experiences range from teaching basic practical music skills on keyboard,e.g. (Chords, Intervals, and Basic Note Recognition) for song writing and recording.He has taught music at Adult Education Workshops, and to pupil‘s training under “The Duke Of Edinburgh Awards Scheme”
David has also appeared as a pianist live , at venues in the UK, e.g. The Academy (Brixton), Ronnie Scott’s (Soho), Pizza On The Park (Knightsbridge), The Savoy Hotel, the Sofitel (A 5 Star Hotel) In St James, Piccadilly, as well as several other venues.
Currently David is teaching music privately in Schools and Workshops. He is also a song writer and music producer, and is one of the pianist that will assist Cindi in some of the Singing Lessons.
